Tzenkoff

To bring a fresh approach to the Cerruti advertising campaign for Spring/Summer 07’s collection, we collaborated with photographer Mark Segal. At this stage in his career, Segal had begun honing a reputation via his exciting editorial work within French Vogue, but had not yet undertaken any advertising work – although he was interested in doing so.

The synchronicity between Cerruti’s new direction, and Segal’s advertising debut, enabled all concerned to forge ahead with this campaign, subsequently producing a body of work which further enhanced the brand’s image to amazing effect.

Having previously worked alongside Hedi Slimane at Dior Homme, Nicolas Andreas Taralis launched his eponymous fashion capsule collection in March, 2004.

In tandem with this, Taralis (who, once more with our collaboration, would later go on to head-up the design team at Cerruti) engaged Tzenkoff to assist in clarifying the spirit of his own label, and identify appropriate routes by which he could promote his vision.

We thereafter presented him with a detailed strategy to successfully implement our findings. Taralis subsequently commissioned Tzenkoff to develop and oversee the concept and design of his internet site, and to successfully launch it online.
